The boiler and hot water cylinder (if you have one) 

                                                               The loft and cellars

                                                               Gas and electricity meters

Also any proof of post build insulation or building certificates would be very helpful

A thorough survey of an average 3 bed home can take around an hour.  At the time of booking, I  will try to give you a more accurate idea based on your specific property. Should you not be available to be acompany the survey then I can COLLECT KEYS if this is easier for you.
